About Sage Leyendecker

She graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Northern Iowa.

 

After founding and managing a residential and commercial cleaning business, she joined the Nick Leyendecker Team of Coldwell Banker Realty in 2013 as Operations Director. Then in 2018, Sage and Nick co-founded Leyendecker Realty™.

 

Sage is responsible for the development and oversight of the operational structure that enables Leyendecker Realty™ to consistently set the bar for a 5-star client experience in the Twin Cities upper bracket housing market while maintaining efficiency and profitability. Her knowledge and aptitude in the areas of systems, processes, policies, and procedures have had a massive impact on the transformation, success, and sustainability of the business.

 

Sage and her husband, Nick are passionate about giving back to the community and are actively involved with several charities throughout the Twin Cities. They currently reside in Plymouth, MN.
